We have some great tips on shoe storage to help you. Keeping everything organized and clean will make your stay better!
Shoe Storage in Workforce Housing
Portable Shoe Racks
A pretty common staple for most travellers are portable shoe racks. These can easily squish down to a small size in your luggage and expand huge when unpacked. Having one or two of these in your travel essentials will make shoe storage a breeze. If you are in a pinch, keep reading for more ideas.
Under The Bed
Many people don’t think to use the space under the bed, but it’s great for shoe storage. It helps to hide them away and there is a ton of empty space. Keeping shoes here will make your home much less cluttered, allowing for storage for more things.
Buckets
That’s right, buckets. These can be placed outside or inside your home. You can use regular buckets or choose a similar type Rubbermaid bin. Many workforce housing camps have the odd bucket lying around. You can always ask our helpful staff to locate you a bucket. Buckets are also great because more often than not, your work shoes will be quite dirty. The bucket will keep these work shoes separate from your others.
Use The Door
Over the door shoe racks are very common. You can buy these almost anywhere and they will compress down to a small size. Using the back of the door creates more space and keeps them out of sight.
Whatever you choose for shoe storage, all our homes and suites will have the space you need.
