At Eagle Ford Village Suites we are OPEN and OPERATING at this time. We know how critical it is to offer extended living away from home. We have put into place enhanced measures to help keep everyone on-site, working and safe.

Eagle Ford Village is Open

Eagle Ford Village remains open as essential service and we are closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization’s statements regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and following guidelines from these agencies and the local health departments.

Our Commitment to Cleanliness:

We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests and associates. We are cleaning all our homes and suites on a weekly bases with the extra precautions. We are advising each guest to clean with a defective liquid all surfaces and high touch points of their home & suite on a daily basis. Our team is working to ensure that we meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning. Eagle Ford Village health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and include everything from handwashing hygiene and cleaning product specifications to the guest rooms and common area cleaning procedures.

Cleaning Products and Protocols:

Our Village is using cleaning products and protocols which are effective against viruses, including:

• Guest Homes & Suites: We use cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean each room, with particular attention paid to high-touch items.
• Public Spaces: Welcome/Recreation Center has increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting, with a focus on the counter at the front desk, lounge area, business center, public bathrooms and even keypads.
• Back of House: In the spaces where associates work “behind the scenes,” We are increasing the frequency of cleaning and focusing on high-touch areas like associate entrances, laundry rooms and staff offices.
